Enhanced Drainage and Productivity Aid for Board Producers

Board mills are challenged to stay competitive and meet increasing production efficiency requirements. Recent trends of utilization of lower quality recycled fiber and increased water closure have adversely affected paper machine drainage. Pushing more water to the press and dryer sections leads to increased energy costs and slow operations for producers.  

SpeeDrain, our new Novel Drainage Polymer, provides board mills with a simple, yet powerful, approach for better drainage and higher cost efficiency by enhancing drainage and productivity on the paper machine. 

SpeedDrain provides:

Maximizing Efficient Water Treatment with SpeeDrain and PARETO™ Tecnologia di miscelazione

Combine SpeeDrain with Nalco Water's PARETO Mixing Technology to promote uniform dosing throughout the pipe section, increasing treatment efficiency. As a result, it helps reduce application costs. Additionally, PARETO utilizes process water for its distribution, thereby not increasing freshwater consumption.
